What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes healing on all levels of our being- physical, emotional and spiritual. Rei stands for spiritual wisdom and Ki stands for life energy. Ki is the primary energy that animates our body and is the current behind our emotions, thoughts and spiritual life. Therefore, Reiki stands for “spiritually guided life force energy.” Reiki moves vital life force/universal life energy through the giver by touch or at a distance to the receiver. The life energy that flows through the body is guided by spiritual consciousness and is always for the receivers highest good. Reiki heals by balancing the energy of Ki (life energy) which animates our physical body (organs & tissues) and makes up the energy fields surrounding our physical body. When Ki is disrupted, our physical, emotional and spiritual states can be diminished. A disruption of Ki is the main cause of illness. During a session, Reiki will work to release blockages allowing a healthy flow of Ki to return to the body.
It is important to note that the giver is not the person “doing” of the healing. The giver is simply a conduit for Reiki to move through them. Whatever healing you receive is from the spiritually guided wisdom of God. Reiki, in this way, is very intelligent because the giver does not need to direct, intend, or manipulate the session. Therefore Reiki, guided by its own Divine intelligence, will serve your highest good. The responsibility of the giver is to create sacred space, be focused in the moment, have a still mind and simply allow the deep wisdom of Reiki to come through and offer the healing that you need. The giver must also work on their own healing so that they can be a true and clear conduit for this powerful healing energy that is limitless in its potential to heal. One can only heal to the extent that they have healed themselves.
A Brief History
Mikao Usui (Usui Sensei) is the founder of the Usui Reiki Ryoho (System of Healing). He was born on August 15th 1865. In 1922, he climbed Mt. Kurama where he began an intense spiritual practice of fasting and meditating until he found union with Creator. On the 21st day he felt a struck of lightening come over his head and he was knocked unconscious. When he awoke he realized he received the special state of Self-Realization and Reiki. He once said “It is much better to give this power widely to a lot of people in the world and enjoy it among them than to keep it exclusively by his family members.” Reiki has since spread through the world from his direct student Hayashi Sensei who then trained Hawayo Takata. It is important to note that there was never a time when Reiki did not exist. It is simply received by individuals from source and then passed down as a “lineage.” Holy Fire III reiki does not have a lineage in the traditional sense because anyone who is placed with this energy receives it from Source. Since I am trained in Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki I feel it is important to still share the Usui lineage as this lineage is the foundation for the teachings and techniques.
How Can Reiki Serve You?
Reiki can aid in the recovery of illnesses and injuries, reduce stress & anxiety, balance out all energy centers of the body, clear through blockages (emotional, mental, or physical) and guide you to your true inner essence of peace so that you may rediscover and remember who you truly are and why you are here on this earth. Reiki works well in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to aid in recovery and relieve side effects. If you want to become more intimate with your higher self, intuition and come into authentic alignment with your body, mind, and spirit, then Reiki can also serve you.

Holy Fire Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy that manifests itself through the stream of Christ Consciousness. Holy Fire is spiritual in nature but not religious. It is important to remember that Christ Consciousness does not only relate to Jesus Christ but to all ascended master and beings that are pure expressions of God. Christ Consciousness is the sole vibratory reflections of the unmanifested God. Many other religions and spiritual paths have various names for this consciousness.
Holy Fire III Reiki is the energy that Christ used in his healings. This energy re-emerged in 2014 when William Lee Rand, the founder of the International Center for Reiki Training, learned of a new energy through the support of his Spiritual Advisor. He was communing with Jesus Christ and was given the necessary energy upgrades to share Holy Fire with his students in his Master Class. Since 2014, William has worked with the energy with the guidance of Jesus Christ. This energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of conscious than the Usui Reiki Ryoho.
What You Will Experience
When you begin to work with Holy Fire III Reiki you are guided through a deeper purification of your own physical & spiritual self so that you can emanate the purest expression of this energy. Holy Fire III Reiki awakens you to the remembrance of your Authentic Self and your purpose for this life. You begin to heal the unhealed ego and other aspects of your unseen-self such as subconscious habits and cultural conditioning. International Center for Reiki Training states that Holy Fire Reiki, "Works continuously even when not thinking about it and spontaneously heals issues as they come up. Always respects free will. Heals deeply and quickly without distress. Heals relationships and interactions with others. Releases worry and replaces it with a sense of safety in a most pronounced way. Spontaneously provides guidance that is palpable for every level of life experience. Tends to develop all the personality traits that are healthy for a person to have such as love of self and others, kindness, patience, confidence, vitality, enthusiasm, optimism, trust, joy, peace, and so forth. One of the more wonderful effects is feeling of being loved. This a deep and refined nurtured feeling. Once received, it continues to develop itself to be more evolved and effective."
Sessions: What to Expect
During a session we will discuss what your goals are for working together. The session will proceed with you laying on a massage table. If at a distance, you will find a comfortable place to lay down in your own home. I will gently place hands over the body, in various locations, including the chakra centers. Reiki is then channeled from the giver (myself) to the receiver. The session begins and closes with intention and gratitude. You may feel warm, cool or tingling sensations throughout the session. We will end the session with the intuitive/psychic reading. Each session is unique depending on your needs. Some sessions may include oracle readings, guided meditation or Holy Fire Healing Experiences in addition to chakra balancing and crystal healing.
Intuitive Readings
Ashley focuses on the chakra system and works with crystals during both distant and in-person reiki sessions. After the healing session you will receive an intuitive reading. I began intuiting messages during the healing sessions in 2017 and have since developed stronger intuitive abilities. Each session, I will offer a 30 minute reading based off the information stored in your body or shared with me from Source, my Spirit Guides or your Spirit Guides. This information reveals the root cause of any blockage that was stored in your physical or energetic body. The intuitive reading will offer you insight to what may have been blocking your potential, unconsciously holding you back, stored trauma, and other reflections.
Chakras
Chakra is Sanskrit for wheel. They are spinning electro-magnetic energy centers or vortexes that energize and strengthen each of our 7 endocrine glands + meridians daily. These 7 major centers are within your subtle body and represent the energetic intersection between physical matter and your consciousness. The chakras are constantly receiving and transmitting energy. The functioning of your chakras shape how you inhabit your body, how successful your relationships are (in all aspects of life), and how much inner stability and peace you are able to enjoy.
Working with the chakra’s help to restore and enhance energy flow. Chakras can contain blockages that restrict the flow of energy or they can be too open, allowing for over stimulation. Balancing our chakras restores harmony in relation to each individual. When chakras are fully aligned we are able to reside in our true nature, our thoughts and emotions are balanced, and the river of prana (life force energy) flows freely through the body allowing for clarity, grounding and a pure connection to our Highest Self. One builds a greater intimacy with themselves through learning about the chakra system

During a Reiki session each of these chakras will receive reiki and aid in restoring the balance of these centers. As we work together you will learn about each chakra and where imbalances may have shown themselves and learn to detect your own blockages. You can then be offered techniques and practices to continue your own healing journey at home and throughout your life through working in my chakra mentorship program.
Crystals
Every crystal has varying properties and qualities due to the different molecular structure it may contain. Crystals themselves, form in an upward pattern, allowing energy to naturally rise through them. They also have a set vibration and therefore, depending on the crystal used, the crystal can positively influence the place in your body that may be imbalanced by restoring a healthy flow of prana. Therefore, when using a crystal any dense energy (lower vibrations) will be transmuted from the body or transformed to higher vibration. This has huge implication on our power to heal and transform any ailments.
Crystals are already attuned to higher consciousness and should primarily be used as a tool for emotional stability and promote spiritual development. They can be seen as any other life form as they contain the same energetic bodies as humans do. Working with these tools requires respect, awareness and knowledge. Also, crystals do not magically give you energy. They only offer an impulse and then the life force within your own body acts out the healing that you receive.

During a Reiki session crystals can be used throughout to assist in your healing through the balancing of your energy system. If there is an imbalance found along the chakra system, a crystal that corresponds to the healing of that chakra will be placed on the body. The crystals are cleansed with palo santa and recharged with Reiki before and after every use.
